Vetting extremely successful - Emmanuel arguably the best representative of Priority Roofing from my recent experience as an extremely satisfied customer. After a massive storm in my area, I was flooded with contractors knocking at my door to provide estimates. As a retired salesman, I had to make some decisions about hiring a contractor to manage my many repairs resulting from the storm. With a contractor your experience could be good, bad or in my case extremely exceptional.
Vetting Process: First, I contacted the BBB which had a positive review on Priority Roofing. Secondly, I read as many reviews that were recorded to determine the positives and negatives of the company and the representatives. “E” took the time to thoroughly inspect our roof and walked me through every step — from working with the insurance company to choosing materials and scheduling the install. He was incredibly knowledgeable, responsive, and always had our best interests in mind. I never felt pressured or left in the dark.
When it came time for the replacement, his crew was efficient, respectful, and cleaned up the area so well you wouldn’t have known work was done. The new roof looks amazing and was completed on time, with quality craftsmanship I can trust.
